What is preventing you from enjoying life and others?
Anxiety
Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. Anxiety can become debilitating when feelings of worry, fear and nervousness become excessive or consuming to the point of interfering with everyday activities. Together, we look at the underlying issues and find paths to relief, hope, and healing.
Teen/Young Adult
Teens and young adults face tremendous challenges, and the COVID-19 pandemic has only heightened these struggles. Anxiety, identity issues, suicidal thoughts, drug use, sadness, anger, fear, relationship issues, bullying, school issues, career unknowns, money, sex, and internet addictions etc all affect young people. The struggle is real we are here to help!
Depression
There are many different types of depression. Depression can be such a “taker”. It can rob your joy, inner peace, interest in family, friends, and even your simple day-to-day activities. Depression can leave you sad, lost, despairing, and even physically ill. I help you walk through the dark places of sadness, loss, anger, hopelessness, etc…arm in arm, never alone.
Trauma
Trauma is any deeply distressing or disturbing experience that overwhelms our capacity to handle the impact of it on us. Trauma can take many forms, such as childhood physical or emotional abuse, neglect, sexual abuse, relational issues, death of a loved one, and countless other difficult situations. You deserve to be healed.
Grief/Loss
The affects of grief and loss vary between individuals. Everyone will experience loss at some point in their lives. Grief is a reaction to any form of loss and can hit us really hard. We would love to help you process your grief, and with God’s help, experience peace, joy, hope, and a wonderful sense of well-being.
Couples Counseling
Relationships are often the most rewarding, but most difficult to maintain. Small things can turn into big things. Whether it’s communication, an unfulfilled sex life, persistent conflict, or other issues, couples counseling helps to identify the underlying issues and emotions while providing couples the tools to create loving connections, feelings of closeness, and security.
